Welcome to Hostaffin! By using our services, you ("Subscriber" or "you") agree to comply with the terms and policies outlined below. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately. These Terms of Service (TOS) apply to all users of our domain hosting services.

1. Accounts, Security, and Subscriber Information

  • Account Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify Hostaffin immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Multiple Accounts: Creating false or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

  • Prohibited Activities: You may not use our services for illegal activities, intellectual property infringement, spamming, or hosting prohibited content such as malware, hate speech, or adult material that violates applicable laws.
  • Bulk Email: Sending unsolicited commercial emails or using our servers for email marketing is strictly prohibited.
  • Resource Abuse: Shared hosting accounts may not be used for backup storage, excessive resource consumption, or cryptocurrency mining.

3. Hosting Policies

Shared Hosting

  • Backup Policy: We provide daily, weekly, and monthly backups. However, we are not liable for data loss. You are strongly advised to maintain your own backups.
  • Content Restrictions: Prohibited content includes but is not limited to pirated material, hacking tools, and live-streaming of copyrighted events.

VPS Hosting

  • Illegal Use: VPS servers may not be used for activities that violate the law or encourage illegal behavior.
  • Email Restrictions: Bulk or automated commercial email sending is not allowed.

Reseller Hosting

  • End-User Responsibility: Resellers are responsible for the content and activities of their clients. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of the reseller's account.

4. Refund Policy

Shared and Reseller Hosting

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for first-time accounts only.
  • Payment gateway fees (e.g., transaction fees for PayPal, bKash or local payment methods) are non-refundable.

VPS Hosting

  • No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

Domain Registrations

  • Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable.

Other Services

  • Setup fees and design services are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, submit a support ticket via your client dashboard. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

5. Uptime Guarantee

  • We guarantee 99.9% uptime for shared and reseller hosting. If downtime exceeds this limit, you may request a 10% credit of your monthly fee.
  • Requests must be submitted via email to support@hostaffin.com.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • Hostaffin reserves the right to modify pricing and fees at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
  • All services are billed in advance and must be paid on time to avoid service disruption.

7. Termination of Service

  • Hostaffin reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms of Service, including failure to comply with the AUP.
  • Accounts terminated for violations will not receive a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Hostaffin is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Hostaffin harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services.

9. Amendments to Terms

  • Hostaffin reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
